We respect your privacy and we are sensitive to the private nature of information you provide to us over the Internet through our Mobile Application ‘Cineblaster’ (“Mobile Application/App”).
The terms ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ with its allied and cognate expressions shall refer to UFO Moviez India Limited.
The terms ‘you’ and ‘your’ with its allied and cognate expressions shall refer to user(s).
This Privacy Policy is designed to maximize your ability to protect your personal information, while at the same time permit us to provide you the opportunity to obtain interesting and useful information, products and services. At no time are you obligated to provide us any personal information, and if at any time you no longer wish to receive communications from us, you are free to "opt out" of receiving these communications. Because this Privacy Policy applies to any person who provides information to us through our App, we strongly urge you to review this Privacy Policy in its entirety. By using our App ‘Cineblaster’ and affiliated services, you consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure, transfer and, inter alia, processing your information for the purposes set out herein below and other terms of our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) in addition to our Terms of Use. - Information Collected By Mobile Application:
Our services are provided through the Mobile Application. We may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to, technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support and other services to you (if any) related to such Mobile Application.
When you use our Mobile Application, the Mobile Application may automatically collect and store some or all of the following information from your mobile device ("Mobile Device Information"), in addition to the Device Information, including without limitation:
- Your preferred language and country
- The manufacturer and model of your mobile device
- Your mobile operating system
- Your geolocation
- Collecting all logs and user activities limited to the Mobile Application; Information about how you interact with the Mobile Application, such as how many times you use a specific part of the Mobile Application over a given time period, the amount of time you spend using the Mobile Application, how often you use the Mobile Application, actions you take in the Mobile Application and how you engage with the Mobile Application.
- USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
We use your Internet Protocol (IP) address to help diagnose problems with our computer server, and to administer our web site(s). Your IP address is used to help identify you, but contains no personal information about you.
We may use the information obtained from you to prevent, discover and investigate violations of this Privacy Policy or any applicable terms of service or terms of use for the Mobile Application, and to investigate fraud, chargeback or other matters.
In addition, we may use the collected information: (1) to contact you with regard to your use of the services and, in our discretion, changes to the services; (2) for internal business purposes; (3) for inclusion in our data analytics; (4) for purposes disclosed at the time you provide your information or as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy; (5) to any investigative agency as and when required by them to produce the same in an enquiry or in a case registered by them under the law of land for conducting a fair investigation, inquiry or trial against the violator of law; and (6) to produce in any court of law as and when summons /notice received by us in this regard.

We may reject requests that are unreasonable or not required to be complied with by law, including those that would be extremely impractical, could require disproportionate technical effort, or could expose us to operational risks such as fraud. We may retain information as required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations, including to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to destroy or de-identify personal information in a secure manner when it is no longer required.
- Cookies:
We use data collection devices such as “cookies”, etc. on certain parts of the App to help analyse the App services, user interaction with the App, measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety. For the sake of clarity, “cookies” are small files placed on your device hard-drive/storage that assist us in providing the App services. Please be informed that we may offer certain features via the App that are only available through the use of a “cookie”.
You can change your privacy settings of the App. Most browsers or mobile applications will allow you to choose the level of privacy settings you want and control your cookie settings so that, (a) you can see your cookies or other locally stored data; (b) delete cookies; or (c) block third party cookies.
Cookies also help us obtain information that assists in curating the services more targeted to your interests. You are always free to decline our cookies if your device permits, although in that case you may not be able to use certain features on the App and you may be required to provide a password more frequently during a session. Please note that if you choose to refuse cookies you may not be able to fully experience or access the App. This privacy policy deals with use of cookies by us only and does not cover use of cookies by any third party.
- Security:
The Mobile Device Information we collect about you is stored in limited access servers, accessible only by our employees or our agents on a need to know basis. We have appropriate safeguards, including physical and managerial procedures and technical measures, warnings, and firewalls, to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of any customer information under our control. Our servers are accessible only to authorized personnel.
Although we deploy the security standards as per industry practice to safeguard the confidentiality of your Mobile Device Information, you acknowledge that transmissions made by means of the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure and by continuing to access the App you are aware of such risk. In any case, you agree that our monetary liability in the event of any tenable claim shall be restricted to Rs.100/- (Rupees Hundred Only). Hence, our responsibility of maintaining your Mobile Device Information shall be on best effort basis only. We will have no liability for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.
- Financial Decisions:
All financial decisions taken by you based on information on our App shall be on your sole and exclusive discretion and should be subject to independent judgment and opinion and we shall have no liability towards the same of any nature.
- Hacking or misrepresentation or false claim:
In the event of any attempt by you to hack all or any portion of the App, misrepresent information on the App, or make false claims against us, we shall have the right to claim and recover full damages, compensation, liabilities, losses, claims, expenses, costs, attorney fees, litigations including third party claims etc. and including but not limited to loss of reputation, goodwill and/or any other losses, expenses, claims etc. of any nature whatsoever.
- Policy Modifications:
This Privacy Policy may be periodically modified from time to time and notified as may be required under the law. You should periodically read the Privacy Policy as well as modified Privacy Policy and shall be deemed to have accepted the Privacy Policy or modified Privacy Policy in case you continue to use or access the App. If this Privacy Policy or modified Privacy Policy are not acceptable please do not use or access the App.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These terms shall be governed by laws of India without reference to any conflict of laws. The courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in exclusion to any other courts for all disputes under this policy.
